About me

After gaining a 1st class Honours Degree in Illustration and Design at Sunderland University in 2003, I exhibited my work at the ‘New Designers’ exhibition in London. Several publishers in the children’s books and greeting cards industries expressed interest in my work.

Since then I have been working as a freelance illustrator. Recently I have been commissioned to produce work for children’s books, graphics, web design and animation. I have also been employed to teach animation and illustration with children at primary and secondary schools all over Yorkshire.

Apple Mac based (I also have Windows installed).

Software I own and use - Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2, InDesign CS2, Acrobat 7 Professional, Flash 8 Professional, Dreamweaver 8, Golive CS2, CSSedit 2.5, Corel Painter IX, Typetools 3 and Maxon Cinema4D 10.

Experience in Director MX, Quark 6, Softimage XSI and AutoCAD.

Adobe prerelease beta tester for Adobe Illustrator CS3 onwards.

Web Applications Experience - Wordpress, Text Pattern, Cubecart, OS Commerce, MySpace, Facebook, Blogger.
